Kingston Basement Conversion
South London Land have just completed a basement conversion in Kingston upon Thames just outside London.
South London Land dug out under the garden and foundations of a 5,000sq ft house. The whole process was completed to strict building control standards and a specialist concrete damp proof course was installed to ensure the basement remained dry.
The building work was carried out to create a high specification entertainment area at the property and has been fitted out as a music and home cinema room.
Now the property has an extra 2,000sq ft which is all fully insulated sound proofed and wired for sound! South London Land build and renovate to many diverse and bespoke client requirements.

South London Land have recently completed another loft conversion in Chelsea Our latest loft conversion was completed ahead of schedule for our client, who was recommended to South London Land builders by another customer.
